El Olivo Restaurant

The El Olivo restaurant, recommended by the Michelin Guide, is the pride of our culinary offering. With a capacity for 70 diners and a 145 m² dining room with panoramic views of the historic center of Toledo, it offers traditional Toledo cuisine with modern touches. Among its specialties are cod, partridge, and “carcamusa”. There are menu options for people with celiac disease or intolerances/allergies.

The restaurant serves lunches from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and dinners from 8:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

EL Canonigo Restaurant

Ideal for starting the day, El Canónigo Restaurant offers buffet breakfasts in a 100m² room with a capacity for 60 diners. Fresh pastries, natural juices, and a variety of options ensure a delicious breakfast. There are menu options for people with celiac disease or intolerances/allergies.
